In Kenya, 65% of women and girls are unable to buy sanitary products and are unable to go out during their menstrual period. This not only poses a major obstacle to women’s health, but also has a significant impact on their social, economic and academic well-being. Dr. Vivian Moraa Nyaata, Ph.D. from Kenya will give a lecture on the local situation, countermeasures, and future issues.
