{"id":361,"date":"2023-09-22T16:51:05","date_gmt":"2023-09-22T07:51:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irowg.jp\/en\/?p=361"},"modified":"2023-09-22T16:54:33","modified_gmt":"2023-09-22T07:54:33","slug":"from-april-2024-to-march-2025-visiting-fellow-application-information","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irowg.jp\/en\/from-april-2024-to-march-2025-visiting-fellow-application-information\/","title":{"rendered":"From April 2024 to March 2025 Visiting Fellow Application Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>The Institute for Research on Women and Gender<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>At Tokyo Woman\u2019s Christian University (TWCU)<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>For April 2024 to March 2025 Visiting Fellow<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>\u00a0September 22, 2023<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Applications are invited for a limited number of Visiting Fellowships.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Successful applicants will either be full-time lecturers at a research institute or university or will have equivalent qualifications. Applicants must be conducting research related to women and gender within the study fields of the humanities, social science, history or natural science.<\/li>\n<li>The period of attachment will be at least two weeks and no longer than one year, with duration determined by our institute based on the applicant\u2019s requested period of attachment and research proposal.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants may apply for a grant up to 150,000 yen from our research fund by submitting a research plan that will be assessed by our institute.<\/li>\n<li>During the period of attachment, successful applicants can access to the library at TWCU and resources at our institute but charges may be associated with use of some of those facilities and resources. Subject to availability, you may be able to stay at our on-campus accommodation up to three months at a fee to be levied.<\/li>\n<li>Successful applicants are expected to participate in our institute\u2019s activities and events during the period of invitation.
